My first inception cover entry for the contest.
I loved the idea of the totems in the movie that being the only link to sanity between the dream world and reality. I wanted this one to be solid with little else. Comic books have sharp edges bright colors and mostly black is the only shadow you will see.

I have to admit I like the graphic strength of your idea.
I think it's strong design, but somehow I feel that it's missing some clever little "extra thing" that will put it over the top...
Like for instance, what if you saw a maze patter in the shadow cast by the totem? Or perhaps a whispy dream-like figure of the woman in red... just something to tie it directly to the story being told...
Anyway, thanks fo the inspiration!
